Returns & Refunds:
You can return your order up to 40 days after it has been delivered for a refund. If 40 days have gone by after your order arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If your order has not arrived:
If the order has not arrived due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we are not able to refund you any shipping costs under any circumstances. We can only refund the cost of the purchased products (not including shipping costs) if the parcel is successfully returned to our warehouse by the courier.
You may receive a refund if your order has not arrived within the promised shipping time frame. If your order has not arrived within the promised shipping time frame (mentioned in our FAQs), you have 40 days to contact us to arrange a refund or a reshipment of your order free of charge. If you have not contacted us within 40 days, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment of your order.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Products with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 40 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only exchange products as you wish. If you need to exchange a product, send us an email at info@silkandcotton.store
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

We offer free returns up to $12 USD return shipping cost. When you pay for the shipping to our warehouse, please keep the receipt and we will PayPal you the shipping cost. If your return shipping cost exceeds $12 USD, we will refund you $12 over PayPal.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping:
Our shipping times can be found in our Customer Care Centre. You will be given a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are responsible if the parcel does not arrive at your shipping address up to 40 days AFTER the promised shipping time frame has ENDED. After that, we cannot refund you if the parcel has not yet arrived. Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible if your parcel has not arrived within the promised shipping time frame.
Please note: If we arrange a reshipment of your parcel, the promised shipping time frame will restart on the date the new parcel is shipped.
If your parcel is returned by the courier (eg. the provided shipping address is incorrect) we can, free of any charges, send you another parcel.
